Processed data for how well DROSHA/DGCR8 (Microprocessor) is able to cleave human primary microRNAs in vitro using a deep sequencing experiment, DroSeq. Calculated features such as GC content and Shannon entropy are included in the .feather file. This can be read using apache arrow (see https://arrow.apache.org/docs/python/feather.html) into a pandas or R data frame. A flat file (.csv) with a more limited number of columns is also provided.

本数据集为借助深度测序实验DroSeq,探究DROSHA/DGCR8(微处理器复合物,Microprocessor)在体外切割人类初级微RNA效率的处理后数据。Feather格式文件中包含已计算得到的特征,例如GC含量与香农熵(Shannon entropy)。该文件可通过Apache Arrow(详见https://arrow.apache.org/docs/python/feather.html)读取为Pandas数据框或R数据框。此外还提供了列数更为有限的.csv格式平面文件。
