To elucidate the underlying causes associated with HCV infection and proliferation, total RNA sequencing was conducted to compare transcriptome levels in primary human hepatocytes (PHH) and Huh7.5 cells, which differ in HCV susceptibility. Corning® Gentest™ Plateable Human CryoHepatocytes (Cat. no 454541, Lot no 393B) were utilized for primary human hepatocytes (PHH), and the Huh7.5 cell line was used for the human hepatoma cells. Total RNA was isolated from both cell types using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen), followed by total RNA sequencing.
