Modern Human Articular Landmarks

Skeletal elements of interest were segmented from CT image stacks using Avizo 2021.1 or an automated custom routine in Matlab 2021b. Landmarks were placed on the resulting surface models of these bones using Stratovan Checkpoint. Landmarks follow published definitions (Arias-Martorell, Tallman, Potau, Bello-Hellegouarch, & Perez-Perez, 2015; San Millán, Kaliontzopoulou, Rissech, & Turbón, 2015; Tallman, 2013, 2016); novel landmarks were defined by the author. This dataset contains the raw landmarks exported into excel spreadsheets; landmark figures and definitions are included in Supplemental Information.

本研究关注的骨骼结构从CT图像序列中完成分割，分割操作采用Avizo 2021.1软件，或基于Matlab 2021b编写的自动化自定义程序。使用Stratovan Checkpoint软件，在上述骨骼生成的表面模型上放置解剖标志点（landmark）。本次使用的解剖标志点遵循已发表的定义（Arias-Martorell、Tallman、Potau、Bello-Hellegouarch与Perez-Perez，2015；San Millán、Kaliontzopoulou、Rissech与Turbón，2015；Tallman，2013、2016）；作者同时定义了全新的解剖标志点。本数据集包含导出至Excel电子表格中的原始解剖标志点数据；标志点示意图及定义详见补充材料。
