The RNA sequence of wild-type mice descending aorta (DA, both thoracic and abdominal parts) and ascending thoracic aorta (ATA)

To understand this apparent discrepancy that aneurysms were usually formed in descending aorta, we compared gene and protein expression in the two aortic locations, descending aorta (DA, both thoracic and abdominal parts) and ascending thoracic aorta (ATA).
