Whole genome expression profile for cbc2-delta cells

The goal of this experiment is to identify transcripts regulated by Cbc2, the small subunit of nuclear cap binding complex (CBC) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Keywords: Genetic modification Six independent expression profiling experiments were carried out for isogenic wild-type (Y255) and cbc2Δ (Y2685) strains using Affymetrix Yeast Genome S98 Arrays. Three repeats were applied to each strain.

本实验旨在鉴定酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）中核帽结合复合物（CBC）的小亚基Cbc2所调控的转录本。关键词：基因修饰。本研究采用Affymetrix酵母基因组S98芯片，对同基因背景的野生型菌株Y255及cbc2Δ缺失菌株Y2685开展了6组独立的表达谱分析实验，每组菌株均设置3次生物学重复。
