A Switchable Helical Capsule for Encapsulation and Release of Potassium Ion

A type of aromatic helical capsules was synthesized. The crystal structure proved an inner cavity that could perform switchable encapsulation and release of potassium ion through protonation/deprotonation-mediated extension and contraction of molecular motion.本研究合成了一类芳香族螺旋胶囊（aromatic helical capsules）。晶体结构分析证实，该类胶囊拥有内部空腔，可通过质子化/去质子化介导的分子运动伸缩，实现钾离子的可控封装与释放。
