Aligned TLR8 Coding DNA Sequences

The Aligned TLR8 coding DNA sequences, pulled from Ensemble.org for Pig, Choacoan Peccary, Cow, Wild Yak, Chicken and Red Junglefowl. Was aligned through AliView, and used for Blast, imed and DNSsp6 analysis.研究人员从Ensemble.org获取了猪、乔科西貒、牛、野生牦牛、家鸡与红原鸡的TLR8（Toll-like receptor 8）编码DNA序列，通过AliView软件完成多序列比对后，将该比对序列应用于BLAST（基本局部比对搜索工具）、imed及DNSsp6分析。
