Figure 2, B2: Varnish Removal Methods

This dataset is the source for Figures 2 and B2 in the manuscript "Visualising Varnish Removal for Conservation of Paintings by Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM)". It contains measurements of painting surface following solvent application by a swab or gel with or without mechanical action. The raw data was processed by the MATLAB processFLIM.m script in the collection called "SPAD Linearization Code". The processed data was fit in TRI2, and produced into graphical outputs using the MATLAB <strong>makeFLIMavg.m</strong> script included with this dataset. The fit results and the graphical outputs used in the publication are included in the dataset.

本数据集为学术稿件《基于荧光寿命成像（Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging, FLIM）的画作保护中清漆去除可视化》中的图2与附录图B2的数据源。数据集包含了经棉签或凝胶涂布溶剂，并配合或不配合机械作用后的画作表面测量数据。原始数据由名为‘单光子雪崩二极管线性化代码（SPAD Linearization Code）’的代码库中附带的MATLAB脚本processFLIM.m完成处理。处理后的数据在TRI2中完成拟合，并通过本数据集自带的MATLAB <strong>makeFLIMavg.m</strong> 脚本生成了可视化图形输出。本数据集同时收录了拟合结果与该稿件发表所用的可视化图形输出。
