Analyze the mechanism of short tail formation Hulunbeier sheep is the experimental group, Uzhumuqin sheep is the control group, each group (n=3), take 16-day embryos of each type of sheep, digest them into single cells with enzymes, and perform 10Xgenomic sequencing.

本实验旨在分析短尾形成机制,以呼伦贝尔羊(Hulunbeier sheep)为实验组、乌珠穆沁羊(Uzhumuqin sheep)为对照组,每组含3个生物学重复(n=3)。采集两种绵羊的16日龄胚胎,经酶消化为单细胞后,进行10X基因组测序(10X Genomic Sequencing)。
