The Brain/MINDS 3D Digital Marmoset Brain Atlas Version 2.0 (BMA2.0), with population-based cortical parcellations (n=10), with refined subcortical parcellations and additional cerebellum parcellations. Multi-modal population-average templates including ex vivo T2WI (n=91), in vivo T2WI (n=446), myelin (n=10) and Nissl (n=10).
It also includes cortical flat map, pial, mid and white matter surfaces with updated labels for both left and right hemispheres.
Transformations (affine and warp fields) to and from other popular marmoset brain atlases are also included.
Brain/MINDS 3D数字狨猴脑图谱V2.0（BMA2.0）包含基于群体的皮层分区（共10个）、精细化皮层下分区以及新增小脑分区。该数据集涵盖多模态群体平均模板，包括离体T2加权成像（T2WI，n=91）、在体T2加权成像（T2WI，n=446）、髓磷脂成像（n=10）与尼氏染色成像（n=10）。
