“Investigating the Relationship Between PM2.5 Air Pollution and Asthma-Related Emergency Room Visits in Citrus County, 2021–2024

This research investigates the relationship between PM2.5 air pollution and asthma related emergency room visits in Citrus County from 2021 to 2024. Using publicly available air quality and hospital data, the study analyzes trends and correlations to better understand how fine particulate matter affects respiratory health in the local population. The findings aim to inform public health awareness and contribute to ongoing environmental health research.
