Single cell atlas of the human midbrain reveals cell state specific to Parkinson's disease

本研究采用单细胞核RNA测序（single-nucleus RNA sequencing）技术，对特发性帕金森病（Idiopathic Parkinson's Disease）患者的死后中脑组织及匹配对照样本完成了转录组谱分析。实验整体设计：针对6例对照个体与5例特发性帕金森病患者的死后中脑组织开展单细胞转录组学分析。
