Overview of key residues for mAMCase activity.

This directory contains all files to analyze the aromatic, polar, catalytic, and ligand-binding residues as well as overall protein structure as presented in Supplemental Figure 5 in the manuscript Díaz et al. (2023). Structure models were analyzed in PyMOL. Figures were compiled using Adobe Illustrator.
