The Advantech ADAM-6217 Ethernet Module (S/N IAA9112848) was deployed on 2017-04-06 at Douglas Channel. Douglas Channel is one of the principal inlets of the British Columbia coast. This device is a Adapter. Instrument adapters connect a variety of sensors and instruments. Typically, these devices do not collect any data, and our digital infrastructure system does not communicate with them. It was deployed on a fixed platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
