A taxonomic study of the New species. Coprococcus comes

This project will characterize the phenology, genome, metabolites, and fatty acid composition of strains that are not classified as known species. Taxonomic studies will be conducted by using comparative genome analysis and other methods, and the strains will be reported as new species.

本项目将全面表征未被归类为已知物种的菌株的物候（phenology）、基因组、代谢物及脂肪酸组成；研究将采用比较基因组分析等方法开展分类学研究，并将上述菌株正式报道为新物种。
