scRNA-seq raw data for BCL9 in cDC1

We performed single-cell sequencing (scRNA-seq) of tumors and TdLNs from B16-OVA tumor-bearing <i>Bcl9</i>/<i>Bcl9l</i> deficient mice (n = 3) and wild type mice (n = 3).我们对携带B16-OVA肿瘤的Bcl9/Bcl9l缺陷型小鼠（n=3）及野生型小鼠（n=3）的肿瘤与肿瘤引流淋巴结（tumor-draining lymph nodes, TdLNs）开展了单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）。
