Data generated by Evolutionary patterns of context-specific mutation spectra reveal conserved mutational processes across eukaryotes. Mutational models derived from whole-genome polymorphism data for 113 species; generated using Baymer. There are three files for each species (339 files total): and ALL, ODD, and EVEN model output summaries, depending on whether all, even, or odd basepairs were used to generate the indicated model. They follow the naming pattern {Species}.non_coding.{ALL/EVEN/ODD}.final_posterior_summaries.json.gz.
