Mouse brain microvessels, raw lipidomics data

Raw data from LC-MS lipidomic profiling of brain microvessels isolated from young (3 m.o.) and aged (20 m.o.) mice. Sixteen mice of each age were used, with microvessels from 4 mice pooled in each group (n = 4 groups). <br>Lipid extracts were analyzed in a randomized order using an Ultimate 3000 RSLC system coupled with a Q Exactive mass spectrometer (Thermo). Each sample was run twice in positive and negative ionization modes. LC-MS peak extraction, alignment, quantification and annotation was performed using LipidSearch software version 4.2.21 (Thermo). <br>

本数据集源自针对年轻（3月龄）与老年（20月龄）小鼠分离所得脑微血管的液相色谱-质谱联用（Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS）脂质组学分析原始数据。本研究每组使用16只同年龄段小鼠，将每4只小鼠的脑微血管合并为一个样本，最终共获得4个样本组（n=4）。
脂质提取物以随机顺序进行检测分析，所用设备为Ultimate 3000 RSLC超高效液相色谱系统与Q Exactive质谱仪（Thermo）。每个样本分别在正、负电离模式下各完成一次检测。液相色谱-质谱联用的峰提取、峰对齐、定量及注释工作均通过LipidSearch软件4.2.21版本（Thermo）完成。
