D'Ario_et_al_2021_image_analysis_scripts

This dataset contains scripts and supporting files for image analysis as described in the manuscript "Cell size controlled in plants using DNA content as an internal scale", by D'Ario et al., 2021.<br>Full instructions on installation and use of the scripts are found in the file "Image_processing_instructions".
