Effects of slow release urea on fecal microbiota structure of beef cattle

used 16S rDNA high-throughput gene sequencing technology to study the effect of SRU in the diet on the fecal microbial community structure of growing beef cattle. The aim is to provide a strong theoretical basis for the promotion and utilization of SRU in ruminant diets.本研究采用16S rDNA高通量基因测序技术，探究日粮中SRU对生长肉牛粪便微生物群落结构的影响，旨在为反刍动物日粮中SRU的推广与应用提供坚实的理论依据。
