Data and code for a bibliometric and topic-modelling study of the economic sustainability of news media in the age of AI

This dataset supports a bibliometric and topic-modelling study of the economic sustainability of news media. It contains the screened corpus of 337 Web of Science and Scopus publications (2003–2026), the screening log and audit decisions, all analysis results, 16 figures and the Python code (run 01_screening_audit.py, then 02_run_analysis.py). Raw WoS and Scopus exports are not included because of the providers' terms of use. They can be obtained again with the search string reported in the associated study (data frozen on 29 August 2026).
