Stem and soil respiration in fertilised plots in the Central Amazon, 2017-2019

The dataset contains stem respiration (ppm) of 320 trees with DBH (Diameter at breast height) > 26 cm, measured with the EGM-4 (Environmental Gas Monitor for CO2). Data were collected on October 2019. In relation to the soil respiration dataset, it contains soil respiration (µmol CO2m-2 s-1) of different type of collars placed on the forest floor, and measured with the LI – 8100 A soil respiration system. Data were collected from June 2017 to October 2019. In both activities, leak tests were done before collections.

All research was conducted in a field site approximately 80 km north of Manaus, in the state of Amazonas, Brasil.

本数据集包含320株胸径（Diameter at breast height, DBH）大于26 cm的树木的树干呼吸（ppm）数据，采用EGM-4型CO₂环境气体监测仪（Environmental Gas Monitor for CO₂）完成测定，数据采集于2019年10月。本数据集还包含配套的土壤呼吸数据：放置于林地表层的不同类型环室的土壤呼吸（µmol CO₂m⁻²s⁻¹）数据，使用LI-8100A型土壤呼吸测量系统进行测定，数据采集时段为2017年6月至2019年10月。两项测定工作开展前均完成了密封性检测。所有研究均在巴西亚马孙州马瑙斯以北约80公里的一处野外样地开展。
