资源简介:
This Fileset contains all (calibrated) data and R code required to reconstruct the analyses and graphs presented in the article.<br>- 1. rawData contains the calibrated data (added solar angles using analysis/misc/solarAngle.R and cloud cover information from analysis/misc/weather.txt)- 2. finalData contains the processed data, containing Date, Time, Solar Angle, Cloud Cover, Wavelength (nm), W/m2, Photons, Lens transmittance, Transmitted photons, log10 Transmitted photons, CIE x chromaticity, CIE y chromaticity, MacLeod & Boynton smb (S/[L+M]), MacLeod & Boynton lmb (L/[L+M]) and log10 Melanopic photons. This dataframe is constructed from 1. rawData/rawData.RData using the 1. add_chromaticity_effectivePhotons.R script- 3. modelledData contains the modelled data, containing the predicted solar angles from the KNN models constructed using the analysis/2. createKNN.R script- The figures are then created using the FigX.R scripts. The resulting figures can then be found in the 'graphs' folder. The corresponding statistical analyses can also be found in these scripts.
