Realizing  the  crisis  of  the  tertiary  education  system  of  the  Congolese  universities  characterizing her educational partners on even to a culture laxity a suicidal lethargy, this  article that one opts for the implementation of a purism mechanism to grandma to reveal the  challenge. This prospective reflection wants to open to the creative conscience of solutions  salvage therefore through the internationalization that became a condition one is not able to  more fundamental for the effectively of the role of the academic teaching and an implicit part  of the applicable and qualitatively superior research in terms of teaching, formation, research  and services given back to the community, undertaken by the Congolese universities in view to  augur the competitive degree of the world education system.
