RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) Analysis Reveals the Changes of Gene Expression in Astrocyte Caused by Iron Overload（Control1-4）

The human astrocytic cell line was treated with 3.13 μM ammonium ferric citrate (FAC) or vehicle, and the RNA sequencing analysis were used to observe iron overload-mediated gene expression in the Control group and the FAC group.
This data set contains the RNA-seq raw data for Control1-4.

本研究采用3.13 μM浓度的柠檬酸铁铵（ammonium ferric citrate, FAC）与载体（vehicle）处理人星形胶质细胞系，并通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析对照组与FAC处理组中铁过载介导的基因表达情况。本数据集包含Control1至Control4样本的RNA-seq原始测序数据。
