Positive and negative controls for ASPIRE-ICU, SAATELLITE and EVADE samples

Positive and negative controls processed in parallel of samples analysed in the ASPIRE-ICU, SAATELLITE and EVADE metagenomic studies. The samples from the three studies were processed in parallel, so the same control can be used for several studies depending on their DNA extraction date.

本数据集涵盖ASPIRE-ICU、SAATELLITE及EVADE三项宏基因组学研究中，与对应分析样本同步平行处理的阳性对照与阴性对照。上述三项研究的样本均采用平行流程开展处理，因此根据DNA提取日期的不同，同一份对照可适用于多项研究。
