The clinical indexes andimmunological status of HIV/AIDS patients undergoingdifferent highly activeantiretroviral treatments

This study aims to investigate the differences of clinical indices in HIVpatients between three different first-line antiretroviral treatment strategies inYunnan Province, China. Furthermore, the hematologic system, liver function,kidney function, blood lipid levels of HIV patients and its association with CD4+count, CD8+ count, CD4/CD8 ratio and antiretroviral treatment werealso assessed.本研究旨在探究中国云南省人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）患者在三种不同一线抗逆转录病毒治疗方案下的临床指标差异。此外，本研究还对HIV患者的血液系统功能、肝功能、肾功能及血脂水平进行了检测，并分析了上述指标与CD4+计数、CD8+计数、CD4/CD8比值及抗逆转录病毒治疗的相关性。
