De-identified clinical and laboratory dataset of surgically treated MRONJ patients

This dataset contains de-identified clinical and laboratory data from a retrospective cohort of patients with medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw who underwent surgical treatment at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine between 2010 and 2025, including demographic characteristics, medication background, clinical features, lesion distribution, surgical procedures, and routine perioperative laboratory parameters; all data were extracted from the hospital electronic medical record system and anonymized prior to sharing, with no direct patient identifiers included.

本数据集涵盖2010年至2025年间，于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院接受手术治疗的药物相关性颌骨骨坏死（medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw）患者回顾性队列的去标识化（de-identified）临床与实验室数据，内容包括人口统计学特征、用药背景、临床特征、病变分布、手术方式及围手术期常规实验室检测指标；所有数据均提取自医院电子病历系统，且在共享前已完成匿名化（anonymized）处理，未包含可直接识别患者身份的信息。
