Defining impartiality in European Public Service Media: Dataset and summary of the comparative analysis between BBC, RTÉ, and VRT.

The following dataset supports and summarises the comparative policy analysis regarding the definition of impartiality across three European Public Service Media (PSM): the BBC (United Kingdom), RTÉ (Ireland) and VRT (Belgium-Flanders). The list includes documents published between 2022-2025. Analysed documents include media regulation, public service agreements, editorial guidelines, guidance notes; as well as monitoring reports.
