Transcriptomic changes in Alzheimer's disease white matter and blood vessels

This dataset consists of RNAseq from n=9 Alzheimer's disease and n=5 control donor brains. Samples were obtained from frontal and occipital white matter. RNAseq was performed on both bulk white matter tissues and isolated blood vessels.

本数据集包含来自9例阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's disease）患者与5例对照供体大脑的RNA测序（RNAseq）数据。样本取自额叶与枕叶白质，实验同时对整体白质组织及分离的血管开展了RNA测序。
