We conducted a transcriptional comparative study between CMV-resistant (PBC688) and suscep-tible (G29) pepper accessions to understand the mechanisms of CMV resistance.我们以抗黄瓜花叶病毒（Cucumber Mosaic Virus，CMV）的辣椒种质PBC688与易感CMV的辣椒种质G29为研究材料，开展转录组比较研究，以解析辣椒抗CMV的分子机制。
