中医临床诊疗方案模型（儿科）数据集

本数据集包括中医儿科若干种常见病的病种临床表现辨别依据、中医分型临床表现辨别依据、中医治则治法、中医处方、医嘱等数据组成，数据主要以“病种”为归纳对象，通过参考国家颁布的临床诊疗指南、国家中医学相关教科书，以及从若干份真实临床病例数据中提取共性临床表现，按数理统计规则进行处理，形成本数据集，可用于中医儿科临床过程中帮助医生提取对应的一般性诊疗预案，加快医生效率，降低误诊率。This dataset is composed of data including the basis for identifying clinical manifestations of several common pediatric Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diseases, the basis for identifying clinical manifestations of TCM syndrome differentiation types, TCM treatment principles and methods, TCM prescriptions, medical orders, etc. Taking individual diseases as the main grouping object, this dataset is compiled by referencing nationally promulgated clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines, national TCM-related textbooks, extracting common clinical manifestations from a number of real clinical case data, and processing the data in accordance with mathematical and statistical rules. It can be applied in pediatric TCM clinical practice to help clinicians extract corresponding general diagnosis and treatment plans, improve their work efficiency, and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
