RNA-seq upon optogenetic depletion of the cofactor Chip in Drosophila melanogaster embryos at 2-3h, 2-4h, 6-7h and 10-12h after egg-laying

mRNA-seq was performed in control and upon optogenetic nuclear depletion of the cofactor Chip in 2-3h, 2-4h, 6-7h and 10-12h Drosophila melanogaster embryos.针对黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）2-3h、2-4h、6-7h及10-12h龄的胚胎，本研究分别在对照组及辅因子Chip光遗传学核耗竭处理条件下，完成了mRNA测序（mRNA-seq）实验。
