Small RNA_Seq of chicken bursae vaccinated with MD vaccines

Differentially expressed microRNAs were identified in bursa samples of a Marek's disease (MD) resistant line and a susceptible line of birds in response to MD vaccine HVT or CVI/988 Rispens 26 days post inoculation. Those microRNAs might modulate the protective efficacy of the MD vaccines.
