Small RNA_Seq of chicken bursae vaccinated with MD vaccines

Differentially expressed microRNAs were identified in bursa samples of a Marek's disease (MD) resistant line and a susceptible line of birds in response to MD vaccine HVT or CVI/988 Rispens 26 days post inoculation. Those microRNAs might modulate the protective efficacy of the MD vaccines.本研究在接种马立克氏病（Marek's disease, MD）疫苗HVT或CVI/988 Rispens株后26天，从马立克氏病抗病品系与易感品系禽类的法氏囊样本中鉴定出差异表达微小RNA（microRNAs）。此类微小RNA或可调控马立克氏病疫苗的免疫保护效力。
