Viral metagenomics on CSF, Plasma and Unrine from meningoencephalitis childrens

Assessing the performance of Illumina-based metagenomics on clinical samples from children patients with meningoencephalitis from a children hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam during 2021-2023. Our study showed that sensitive detection of a broad range of viruses in specimens by next/ third-generation sequencing technologies is achievable.

本研究针对2021-2023年越南胡志明市某儿童医院收治的儿童脑膜脑炎患者的临床样本，评估基于Illumina（Illumina）平台的宏基因组学的检测性能。本研究证实，通过下一代/第三代测序技术，可实现对临床样本中广谱病毒的高灵敏度检测。
