The aim of the study was caproic acid production through mixed culture fermentation. The study was carried out in a UASB reactor inoculated with sludge from anaerobic digester from Wastewater Treatment Plant (Poznan, Poland) and fed with acid whey wastewater from diary industry (Dobrzyca, Poland). Submitted sequances come from inoculum, feedstock and bioreaktor samples from chosen days.

本研究旨在通过混合培养发酵工艺制备己酸。本实验采用升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB）反应器开展，反应器接种污泥取自波兰波兹南某污水处理厂的厌氧消化池，进料采用波兰多布日察乳制品行业产生的酸性乳清废水。本次提交的测序序列取自选定采样天数的接种物、进料液及生物反应器样本。
