Read codes for a clinical diagnosis of, or clinical review specific to, asplenia or dysfunction of the spleen (including sickle cell disease but not sickle cell trait). Based on code list developed by the NIHR Health Protection Research Unit in Immunisation.
本数据集采用的Read编码（Read codes）适用于无脾症或脾功能异常的临床诊断，以及针对此类病症的专项临床审查，覆盖范围包含镰状细胞病，但不包含镰状细胞特征。该编码列表由国家健康与护理研究所（NIHR）免疫健康保护研究单元编制。
