In order to identify gene expression patterns that vary with diet, genetics, and their interaction, we performed expression profiling by RNA-Seq across four different tissues (liver, gonadal fat, soleus muscle, and pancreas) of TALLYHO/Jng (TH) and C57BL/6J (B6) male (M) and female (F) mice, fed either a chow or high fat (HF) diet at 5 weeks and 20 weeks of age. Expression profiling by RNA-Seq was performed on fat, liver, pancreas, and soleus muscle samples from male (M) and female (F) TALLYHO (TH) and C57BL/6J (B6) mice fed either a chow or high-fat (HF) diet. Samples were taken from mice aged 5 weeks and 20 weeks.

为识别随饮食、遗传及其交互作用而变化的基因表达模式,本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-Seq)技术,对TALLYHO/Jng(TH)与C57BL/6J(B6)品系的雄性(M)、雌性(F)小鼠的四种组织——肝脏、性腺脂肪、比目鱼肌及胰腺——开展了表达谱分析。上述小鼠在5周龄和20周龄时分别被饲喂普通饲料(chow)与高脂(HF)饲料。 本研究还针对饲喂普通饲料(chow)或高脂(HF)饲料的TALLYHO(TH)与C57BL/6J(B6)品系雌雄小鼠的脂肪、肝脏、胰腺及比目鱼肌样本,采用RNA测序技术完成了表达谱分析,样本采集自5周龄与20周龄的小鼠。
