This is a metagenome of the gut microbiota of rats (Rattus Norvegicus), mainly to compare the difference in gut microbiota between bronchopulmonary dysplasia rats and healthy rats.本数据集为褐家鼠（Rattus Norvegicus）肠道微生物群（gut microbiota）的宏基因组（metagenome），旨在对比支气管肺发育不良（bronchopulmonary dysplasia）模型大鼠与健康大鼠的肠道微生物群差异。
