Paired-end RNA-seq was performed on leaves of Oryza sativa (indica) cultivar nongxiangzhan at the panicle differentiation stage using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. Two conditions with three biological replicates each were analyzed: flooding stress (FT) and exogenous 24-epibrassinolide (EBR) treatment followed by flooding stress (BF). Libraries were prepared using poly(A) mRNA enrichment.
本研究依托因美纳(Illumina)NovaSeq 6000测序平台,对处于穗分化期的籼稻(Oryza sativa (indica))品种农香占的叶片开展双端RNA测序(Paired-end RNA-seq)。本实验共设置两种处理条件,每组均包含3次生物学重复,分别为淹水胁迫组(flooding stress, FT)与外源24-表油菜素内酯(exogenous 24-epibrassinolide, EBR)预处理后施加淹水胁迫组(BF)。测序文库通过富集poly(A)信使RNA(poly(A) mRNA)制备得到。
