To explore the underlying mechanisms of NEDD4L in regulating colitis, colonic tissues from DSS-treated Nedd4lf/f VillinCre (IEC KO) mice and Nedd4lf/f (WT) littermates were subjected to RNA-sequencing analysis. Overall design: Gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data from colonic tissues on the 7th day from the Nedd4lf/fVillinCre and Nedd4lf/f mice administered 2 % DSS .
为探究NEDD4L调控结肠炎的潜在分子机制,本研究对经葡聚糖硫酸钠(Dextran Sulfate Sodium, DSS)造模处理的Nedd4lf/f VillinCre(肠上皮细胞敲除,IEC KO)小鼠及其同窝野生型(Wild Type, WT)Nedd4lf/f小鼠的结肠组织开展RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)分析。实验整体设计:对给予2% DSS的Nedd4lf/fVillinCre与Nedd4lf/f小鼠,在造模第7天采集其结肠组织,对获取的RNA测序数据进行基因表达谱分析。
