ANSTO Sites Groundwater Monitoring (1999-2007)

The ground monitoring network at Lucas Heights Science & Technology Centre (LHSTC) uses 27 Type 1 piezometers to monitor and sample representative groundwater flows within and adjacent to the LHSTC. Annual water quality and radiological analyses are performed, as well as inorganic nutrient and hydrocarbon analyses.
