Physcomitrium patens gene model conversion database

Database that allows the conversion of gene IDs betweeen the more recent version of the genome of P. patens at JGI (v3.3) and two of the ealier releases, v1.6 at JGI and annotation at NCBI.本数据库可实现小立碗藓（P. patens）在联合基因组研究所（Joint Genome Institute，JGI）发布的最新基因组版本（v3.3），与该物种另外两个早期发布的版本——JGI发布的v1.6版本以及美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information，NCBI）的注释版本——之间的基因ID相互转换。
