Predicted proteins for the Komodo dragon genome

Predicted protein coding sequences for the Komodo dragon genome from the MAKER pipeline. Aligned proteins from other reptiles, assembled transcripts from heart rna-seq, and de novo predictions from Augustus and SNAP were used.

本数据集为基于MAKER分析流程（MAKER pipeline）预测得到的科莫多巨蜥基因组蛋白质编码序列。该预测过程整合了来自其他爬行动物的比对蛋白质序列、心脏组织RNA测序（RNA-seq）组装得到的转录本，以及通过Augustus和SNAP工具完成的从头预测结果。
