The Argentine Congress and the European Union deforestation regime, 2008-2025: annotated corpus and replication materials

Hand-coded frame layer for the forest domain. Adds the four reframe analysis scripts (frame, committees, control series, robustness), the hand-coded frame file gold/marco_D_manual.csv with per-item adjudication notes, and the derived tables they produce. Under the hand codes, three items engage the EU deforestation regime; agreement with the lexical rule is 147/152 (96.7 per cent, Cohen's kappa 0.878). Figure 1 lower panel relabelled accordingly.
