A chromosome-level genome assembly for chia provides insights into high omega-3 content and coat color variation of its seeds

Whole genome sequence assembly of chia (Salvia hispanica) based on Pacbio long read sequencing. The sequences were assembled using Flye assembler.基于PacBio长读长测序（Pacbio long read sequencing）技术的奇亚（Salvia hispanica）全基因组序列组装。该序列采用Flye组装器（Flye assembler）完成组装。
