Effects of different rotation years on the structure, composition of fungal community and replant failure of Panax notoginseng

The bulk soil samples were collected from one-year Sanqi ginseng monocropping soil (MCS), one-year rotation soil (OCS), and ten-year rotation soil (TCS) in Yanshan county with three replicates in each treatment. The soil types of MCS, OCS, and TCS were cinnamon soil.

本研究采集的原状土壤样品取自砚山县的三类种植土壤：一年期三七（Sanqi ginseng）连作土壤（MCS）、一年期轮作土壤（OCS）以及十年期轮作土壤（TCS），每个处理设置三次生物学重复。三类处理土壤（MCS、OCS、TCS）的土壤类型均为褐土。
