Data set for the upgrade work of CsI(Tl) array at ETF in Lanzhou

All the data came from the experiment tests with cosmic ray or radioactive sources. The DAQ system consists of two modes: the raw waveform mode, which the raw waveform data is stored, and online algorithm mode, which only the characteristic quantities of the waveform are stored. Thus, the data set is divided into these two categories.
