LncRNA expression in 95C/95D lung cancer cell line

To determine the lncRNA expression profile inexpression differences with metastasis characteristics, we uesed lncRNA microArray analysis form Arraystar to examine the expression of lncRNAs in in 95c/95D lung cancer cell lines. The Arraystar LncRNA V3.0 chip were used to detect differential LncRNA in two lung cancer cell lines with different metastatic characteristics, 95c with low metastatic characteristics and 95D cell lines with corresponding high metastatic characteristics.

为解析具有转移特性差异的长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA, lncRNA）表达谱，本研究采用Arraystar公司的lncRNA微阵列分析技术，对95c/95D肺癌细胞系中的lncRNA表达水平进行检测。本实验使用Arraystar LncRNA V3.0芯片，对两种转移特性迥异的肺癌细胞系——低转移潜能的95c细胞系与高转移潜能的对应95D细胞系——中的差异表达lncRNA进行了检测。
